The smoking wood is packed in an aluminium tray that can be placed directly between the hot coals. The product is very easy to use and suitable for everyone who wants to get started with smoking. The trays are for single use and suitable for charcoal and gas barbecues.
DO NOT EAT THE CONTENTS OF THIS TRAY. DO NOT USE INDOORS.
Remove the foil and place the tray under the grill on the hot coals or on the burners of the gas BBQ (200-250°C). Once the smoke is released, place the food on the grill next to the tray. The smoking wood will last 20-30 minutes with indirect heat. Place a lid on the BBQ for stronger flavours.
