This recipe is packed full of juicy whole blackberries, it has the perfect balance of a sweet and fresh berry taste.
Spread over toasted teacakes, use as a filling for jam tarts or add to french toast.
Ingredients: Sugar, Blackberries, Gelling agent: Fruit pectin, Acidity regulator: Citric acid, Concentrated lemon juice. Prepared with 43g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 65g per 100g.
